Smyth Research Realiser A16
No GoPro this time... The stand I was using is interfering with the SW response... Sorry.
One question, please, for @Litlgi74.
FL and FR speakers seem to be placed quite close to each other in your photos taken at the PRIR recording studio.
Most recommendations for placing FL and FR speakers show 22-30 degrees off-axis, relative to the listening spot. In other words, the two speakers and the listener’s head should form the three points of an equilateral triangle.
If there is no secret, what might be the reason for placing the two speakers so close to each other in your setup?

Sure... No problem.
The pictures I've been posting are with speakers at 10° representing the Lsc and Rsc channels. The next movement will be at 20° representing the Lc and Rc channels... And the final position will be at 30° (which you are used to seeing) for the L and R channels.
You can see the angles in this photo...
Red 30°
Blue 20°
Green 10°

Hope this helps clear things up.
Break is over... Back to work.

Got it. Thanks and good luck with your work!
“Long day…”, however, you’ve got a useful PRIR database.Focal

You also have the 16 channel version?
And what revision numbers for the various parts do you have?
I have the 24 channel version and the about page numbers are the same as in the release notes.
I think most A16 users are really going to like these.“Long day…”, however, you’ve got a useful PRIR database.

I’m conflicted about this. On one hand, it's really sad to see no summoned creature after all your efforts.
On the other hand, you put yourself in the center as sacrifice for the magic circle. So it's better for you if the spell never activates.
A later comment and a question, please, for @audiohobbit...............
4. Listener looks at 120 deg. Then the L speaker is directly left of the listener (at -90 deg. relative angle) and becomes the Lss (left side surround for 7.1/9.1), the R speaker is at relative -150 deg and becomes a Lb (left back)
..............
Shouldn’t the explanation for PRIR 4 be as follows?

I guess you're right.
You can get very easily confused by all this stuff...

Thanks for your response.
I've been wondering what I could’ve done wrong when I made my measurements for Realiser A16. So, I reread more carefully the posts that I found interesting and useful in this forum. That’s why I noticed the different approach in your above-mentioned posts and I looked forward to seeing your clarification. Actually, after checking my to do list for my PRIRs measurement, it follows that I’ve taken into consideration the information in your pictures rather than the explanations in your post #8,957.

As predicted... The Focals sound incredible!
If you don't mind me asking, is this a makeshift stand, and if so, what did you use? It almost looks like the bottom of the speaker is resting on a book stand, and the speaker itself is being held in place with padding/bungie cords. I've really been looking for a similar solution for a while now for heights, since I don't want to have to butcher the speakers I already have just to get them to fit on PA mounts.
