Marlboro cans, but what the heck is that thing on the top? A cigarette humidor?  I just had to post these. Stole these pics from the auction up now.  Oh I see. You plug the guitar into that thing out of the top of your head (?!?!?!?) and I assume it's some sort of built in amp.  I think someone smoked too much weed when they designed these, but then there's the whole process during which nobody figured: "why are we making these like this?"

thanks. i had the pioneer monitor 10 for some time now and really do enjoy them a lot.

they do? i wonder why no one told me this before and i been asking around everywhere....not that i need to look for pads since mine are still in great condition since i wipe them down every night before i hang them up. just inc case tho if i do need to find spare pads.

I have been trying to get a pioneer se l40 at ebay but everytime it goes over 100$ ... im not willing to pay that much, if they are gonna be an ornament mostly.

I've got a pair of SE-L40's that were in mint condition. You'd be surprised at how nice they sound with a little EQ'ing. They have great clarity.

I hope so, i recently got them on ebay for a reasonable price. took me a while and will be getting then in 2 weeks. finally!
