BSD == Blue Screen of Death? Uh oh, this thread is turning into "Schiit Happened" 😂
@theeclone - real men never saw a Blue Scree of Death ;) - those are just urban legends from users of operating system that came from a company that created very poor BASIC interpreters for some of 8 bit computers in the past before moving into OS development (and I find it funny they even tried their own flavours of both Unix with Xenix and some other multiuser OSes).

Jokes aside I do not recall any decent BSD system (with exception of Mac OS X) to crash unless the reason has been within hardware (read hardware failure).

@UntilThen I disagree - we start to show off our wisdom and experience mixed with living in unique times and I'm so happy I could touch all those technologies before arrival of iPhone :) Those younger ones don't know what they missed, except all the good things obviously  This applies to music and cars too.

I don't disagree with you. It was the best of times. It's just incredible that the years have gone by so quickly.

Too true. The roar and majesty of the Boss 429 in a '69 Mustang fastback has been replaced with the loud farting sounds of a muffler-modified Civic sporting rubber bands for tires.
