yeah I regret buying the M6 Pro 21. I think they should not have released it and delayed it until they can use a newer CPU.
I doubt I can sell it for what I paid which was $600.

@Shanling , sorry for the question. Does the original M6 support Mqa?. I haven't seen any information in Shanling web page, but Mqa web page mentions M6 (Akm version) as mqa capable player. Thank you for your attention.

Original M6 do not support MQA, only the ESS version.

Hiby DAPs incorporate MSEB which permits global equalization, so in this case, the answer to your question is yes.

I looked them up and they appear as effects and not an EQ, audiophiles want EQ and not effects, I think they missed the mark here.

MSEB is a combination of multiple algorithms based on parametric equalizer (PEQ) and sound field adjustment.
I find in practice it is quite effective.

Anyone having an issue where you can’t skip pause/play or rewind a song with the side buttons? I cant seem to do anything with the buttons unless the screen is on regardless of what app I’m using to play music

In my M6 Pro 21 you can change the screen off settings in Settings/General/Key-Lock settings.

Just a notice, the USB DAC problem happens with the M3X too, I would love to get it fixed on the M3X

Got my update setup and now I have a double clack-clack between tracks while using the Shanling Player.
Feels like it clack at the end of the track and when starting a new one. Source are albums from the SD Card.
