Yes, it *looks* like it.

That may be all well and good for others. However, if you ever see me in the same room as a soldering iron, RUN as if your life depends on it!!!
Get a local tech to do it for you. Craigslist may have someone, too.
Who knows, you and he may decide to open a cable company. I think this is how the two Steve's of Apple Computer met , way back in the 70s.

Is that the cable that costs $1000.00 ?
You can check out their signature series, $180 onwards and it also comes with the interchangeable ConX system thingy. I've got their $299 hybrid cable and it sounds amazing yo
So which would you consider more fun from either brand?
IE600 and U18T hahaha

Should I get this? How much would you pay for ...
... 5N oxygen-free copper, 4-core, each core 14 copper wire, a total of 56 copper wire spiral woven together, and then silver. (The overall diameter of the wire is about 2.5 mm, the diameter of each copper wire inside is 0.05 mm).

Has anyone tried to use the IE900 with the IE Pro BT Bluetooth Cable from Sennheiser?

Wondering if that works well (within the limits of Bluetooth)
Thanks for the message! The connector is different versus the IE pro series so it would not work based on physical connection type.

I know I am late to the Party but I just joined the #IE900 Club. So far very impressed, have never been able to wear an IEM for so long without even noticing it.
Welcome welcome welcome! The #IE900Club is always happy to seat more members at the table! We appreciate you!

My first brand new Sennheiser headphone purchase was Sennheiser MS 100...
http://www.hifi-classic.net/review/sennheiser-ms-100-363.html
Still have them, along with a dozen other Senn. cans. Senn is STILL probably the best earcan manuf. of them all.
But let's get one thing absolutely, crisp and sparklin' clear Mr. ericpalonen Sponsor: Sennheiser : I ain't no Senny fanboi and sure as schwein ain't want to be part o' any club.

I mean see one of my posts from a few days ago ... Senn is literally OUT OF STOCK on their most popular tip for the IE series (small foam). And the cable on a $1400 product is falling apart after a year of GENTLE use.

And about that cable shown in my post https://www.head-fi.org/threads/sen...ments-harman-target-talk.957709/post-17166499
Yeah ... $20. From ebay, seller right here in LA. Gots mine .Get your own!

Finally decided and went for the IE900 (was debating between that and the IE600). I didn't have a chance to compare the two, so what made me decide was the promise for more soundstage, resolution and deeper bass.

First impressions. Stock tips are not great. Normally I use M size tips, but only the stock S will give a proper seal. However, they don't make the IE900 easy to fit in the ears and require some fiddling. However, a pair of SpinFits CP100+ M has fixed the problem, though I'd still like to try the IE Pro tips suggested earlier in this thread in order to get to be able to use the foam filter (the SpinFits inner hole diameter is smaller than stock and the foam from the stock tips would compress inside, potentially messing too much with the sound).

I've tried IE900 with a Qudelix 5K, Violectric Chronos and directly connected to MacBook Pro 14. All will give me a buzz noise, possibly because of some kind of intereference. I haven't tried the balanced 2.5mm cable with the Qudelix to check if that eliminates the interference. All three sources sound similar to me without EQ applied. However, I will definitely not use the MacBooks internal DAC because movement on the screen or trackpad will trigger a ridiculous amount of interference (I can "hear" scrolling, for example).

As for how does the IE900 sounds? Bombastic. The bass is indeed awesome. I've compared it so far with the Airpods Pro and the difference is night and day. The probably fairer comparison shall be done later with my LCD-i3. This EP from Lord of the Isles is for me a perfect illustration of the IE900's capabilities across the FR spectrum:

And if you want the IE900 to tickle your brain, try this track:

From the ponderous bass extension to the immense sound stage width exploited by the reverberating drums in the track. It's just ridiculous!

Can you try and listen to this with IE900 for me, dank u berry much.
