Hey, EFN,

Welcome to the club, it looks like I am not the only one (with my Sony NW-HD5 and the setup I have on it) on this board who uses a remote-controlled PMP, that iRiver looks great, and although the big craze now is to use a DAP with an external amp through a line-out, how good does it sound straight? I looked up your specific iRiver DAP on eBay and hardly found any on there. They must be that HOT! I also wondered how much in audio power it puts out, as my HD5 only puts out 5 mW/channel.

it doesnt look like he uses it straight very often. and yeah those H120-H140 usually go p[retty quick when they appear on ebay. they dont make any with optical out anymore unfortunately.

Ah, another iRiver H300 owner! Hooray!

Trust me, once you start browsing through this site, your rig will not look like that for too long. The iRiver H300 is an excellent player, and you'll want to take advantage of its abilities very quickly.
