I much prefer physical buttons. The ones on the xduoo x2 have a nice tactile click to them. Would love to know how this one sounds but yeah I imagine at that price it couldn't be too good as all the cost would have gone into the screen. Having said that, I really wish there were more budget daps with decent screen. The x2 is a great little player but the screen is awful. DAPs seem to be really cheap and rubbish or very expensive (> $150) with nothing in-between.

I have been using the X3 and i resent the screen and the UI. Sounds great, great build, feels great but the ui, the display and the case makes me murderous. It ruins the experience.

The fiio x1 is great at 100 usd though. I owned one till i upgraded to the X5. I think best under 150 all things considered.

It's almost a year since I ordered mine so I honestly don't remember which seller I got it from.

Regarding 4/8 GB it's a bit strange but since this is not among the most popular products I'd be very surprised if there's any fakes around.
