  Definitely some inspiration from the HM-901, methinks

 
... to my eyes, there is more than a random coincidence.
 
(choice of ES9018, choice of volume dial style, and several other minor design-cues are a little reminiscent of HiFiMan)

 

  My concern would be if the "Flang" logo is meant to represent the sound it makes when you throw it across the room 'cause of the funky UI

 
 
I hadn't noticed the 'Flang' logo - could that be a subtle, deliberately slightly-misspelled, reference to Fang Bian ?
 
Or......... could this DAP even be a stealth, undercover release by HiFiMan themselves, under a different name?  (I doubt it very much, but it's fun to ponder)

  What`s interesting is - it has XLR + RCA out integrated on table-stand... me like it!

Indeed - seems to be designed with nothing but audio quality in mind. As you can see on the display and the lack of anything fancy. An honest, workhorse DAP.

This thing really REALLY needs to reviewd. To me this seems like that all in one solution. A remote ? How long have i dreamed of this. Someone should get this.

Do you think the dock is called the dong ?

That what it should be called, the flang and the dong. When the flang comes home after a long day outside, it rests on the dong.

And you also have a remote to control what the flang does on your dong.
