To attempt to bring the thread back on topic - My K10's appear to be set for delivery tomorrow! Wish I knew how UPS UK division collect large customs fees in advance... Got a feeling it'll be £200 which I don't carry in cash XD and I don't want to delay the delivery yet another day...

Whoa, nice! What design you went for?

Yes, let's get back to body shaming, endless myriads of old movie memes and the occasional discussion of the actual product albeit in a worshipping manner lol....

Anyone interested in a guide price for UK customs, feel free to PM me - just took receipt of my K10's!

Great, back to our regular programming!

I've been wearing my K10s into work every day the past couple weeks and the right ear's fit is much more comfortable now. It was great coming in this morning with the sunny 60 degree weather, listening to some old reggae/ska recordings and being able to make all of the road noise dissapear while i listened to the scratchiness of the recordings. :D

True story: My friend asked me how much my K10s cost. After telling her how much they were, she said (in an highly excitable voice) that I was nuts, and that they were insanely expensive. She asked me if I thought I spent well, and I said...

Same here, wearing them into work. And during work. And after work. And just before bed. I have a girlfriend and a job where I'm supposed to be managing a team and answering phones. Not sure how much longer I can get away with this until someone calls me out, but I'm gonna milk it as long as I can. I simply can't keep these out of my ears!

On the topic of import duty: just because you don't get slapped with an immediate bill from the delivery man, don't automatically think you've avoided it. UPS likes to deliver now and send a bill for duty in the mail roughly a week later. It's happened to me lots of times. Typically when bringing in stuff from Canada or Germany.

I don't want to be all doom and gloom, and I truly hope this doesn't happen to anyone else... just fair warning. I've not (yet) seen Fedex or USPS or DHL do it that way, but if one company does it then it's obviously a "thing" that happens occasionally.

UPS UK only take cash or cheque on delivery, but both FedEx and DHL have invoiced me afterwards. Don't mind either way as it's just something one has to factor in before buying!

Paid 1/3 less than I had estimated so pleased with that :) Leaves me a nice bit of money to put towards a better portable source for the K10's.

The K10's which haven't left my ears in 5 hours since I got them
