I don't think anyone hits the mat. Lameweather should win via his normal route, 12 round boring decision. Rooting for Manny to put him in a wheelchair though.

Would LOVE to see Pacman treat Merriweather like the latter treats women, but have the unfortunate feeling Merriweather will win.  Merriweather is a scumbag, IMO.
