Nice read, well done!  Don't have any of the Audeze's, so the K10's are certainly the best I've ever heard.

Not sure if the sweat is a good idea for the IEMs...at least in that amount. I would not do it. I have some cheap SE125LTDs and some chuckle green bose sports IEMs for that purpose.

The other thing is that if you run outdoors, you need to be aware of ambient noise: Siren, Car noise, car horn, barking dog and so forth. I imagine it might be the one circumstance where you don't want that much isolation.

YMMV.

What's the consensus on running/jogging with CIEMs? I've never owned CIEMs, but I read a review on the Linum cable and the reviewer mentions using them while jogging. Is this not a good idea, or is it okay?

CIEMs are perfect for running/jogging. While I recently started using our ultra-thin cable at the gym, I used to run all the time with the standard cable and I have no issues related to micro-phonics or weight.

Well, if you've ever seen some performers on stage jumping and running around with customs in their ears, it would appear that they're totally fine for running or jogging!
