Noble Audio - the Wizard returns!

Hmm... i personally prefer a mids-oriented sound signature with good clarity and instrument separation. Sound stage is not important but a plus to have.

Edit: i like vocals

N4 or Savant is what you need, the 3 is a gas with dubstep and electro, but probably too v-shaped for your tastes.

Yes, I was thinking Savant as well

Just got back from the dealer not too long ago. Loved the Savants. Perfect for my audio signature preferences. Actually prefer it to the warmer sounding K10u.

Looks like I know what my next upgrade is

Perhaps the most subjectively balanced in-ear monitor Dr. John has designed thus far, Savant is a detail-oriented IEM with a solid low-end and clean highs. Savant is an expert at playing a large variety of genres well, making it a versatile addition to any collection or standalone piece.

My wife has my K10 UA (black/rose gold) with her and due to that I had to use my Savants tonight.  It has been a nice reminder of what they can do.

I just tried to pull the chord out of the ear piece. It's really hard and I don't want to damage it. Is there a trick to doing this? Also as it is two pins is there a right direction to install it or does it not matter which pin lines up with which hole? Thanks

I know there was a bit of a hoo-hah earlier in this thread about the Savants and their driver configuration but to my ears, the Savants are perfect to my ears as one of the most balanced and detailed IEMs i have ever tried(not that i have tried many iems). The sound signature is in tuned with my audio preferences and honestly outclasses many other IEMs with monsterous driver counts in my opinion. It truely is a piece of art. The fit is perfect for my ears and did i mention that i really liked the way they sound?!

In my opinion, its not about the driver count or configuration; its about how the drivers are engineered work together to be able to produce the best possible sound. To my ears, they are worth every penny.

The Savants could most possibly be my end-game IEM :)

Now to save up for it HAHAHAHAHA.

@wdh777 I have never removed the cables so I cant help you there.
But regarding the reinsertion, just make sure that the red and blue dots are facing you when you put the IEMs on, That's how Noble inserts them.
Whether it makes a difference, I know not.

... and make SURE you hold the housing of the connector not the memory wire portion.  Pinching with a slight wiggling motion does help.  After a few removals, it loosens up a bit.

Different cables have different markings, but most have a groove on one side of the housing. If yours does, make sure that groove faces out, away from your head.

The stock cable fits VERY tight, as posted in this thread, the dot face the back of the IEM for proper polarity. If you are looking at the face of the right side, the red dot with be facing left, the right side piece. For your left ear, the blue dot would be facing to the right. Someone with photoshop should make an image and instructions.
