Noble Audio - the Wizard returns!

Wait, is there still a sale going on with Noble? I was thinking of selling the farm and just living with the K10 but thought id have to wait until July to get in on a sale.  Unfortunately, even on sale, these are completely out of my price range but hoping the K10 would be my end game.

Just as customers do not deal with Foxconn directly for their I-phone, x-box, kindle, etc etc  customers do not deal with our labs as well. (except for specific CS issues)

Yea this was what I thought too! Not really expecting Sunny's email at all and I was comfortably (well I thought I was) waiting for them to arrive when they arrive...

But this being my first Noble purchase and without reading the FAQ I really panicked when seeing a note from Sunny/"the lab" seemingly not sure about my order or design etc! Really need to apologize to Brannan and Sunny if I sounded unreasonable or hostile earlier.

I thought I would now be immune to the dreaded waiting anxiety given this is my sixth CIEM.... THE WAIT IS STILL KILLING ME! ARGHHHHHH!

  You are

20% is more than a cherry!  If it was only the BTS I would be less bummed....I was hoping to get sympathy from the elves at Noble but maybe all I get is coal again this year....sigh...at least I will have my mojo and my HD650s...but man those Noble K10s look incredible...

Oh yes, they look good, and sound good. Had Cold Play's True Love on repeat (like 6 times this evening) on the way home, and boy, the K10 brings the best out of this already fantastic song. Everything felt intimate, yet spaced well, with powerful but distinct vocals and instruments blending harmoniously together.

Alittle off topic here , i've tried all the nobles and ended up getting a Savant . i have no idea how "wizard" managed to tune it as such ... i paired it with a Copper Litz 4 braid and oh my goodness , the soundstage widens , instrumentals became even more distinct . Im going to bring my Copper Litz to pair it with the K10U tmr to have a listen again , i could be in for a very big hole in my wallet .

If im addicted to the K10+ Copper Litz . i could be in a position where i have to pick between the 1964 A12 Universal & K10U , or are there any more flagship around or under their price tag which you guys think i could give it a demo ?

The Savant is really really brilliant . Especially at this price point . There's no doubt why only the K10 and Savant are tagged with "wizard" on their right shoulder . Hahaha !

The A12 and K10 are some of the best TOTLs on the market today. Nevertheless, if you like the Savant's sound, the K10 is its direct upgrade, with better extensions on both ends, and a touch better clarity throughout. The Savant is no slouch, but the K10 is the true powerhouse in the Noble stable.

Lol I too know how that feels...

I had managed to stay (mostly) sane with the last couple head gear purchases by staying AWAY from headfi and be pleasantly surprised when the delivery guy shows up... well except for the LH Wave which I guess will never arrive!

I had been a 1964 fan and still own the V8 but I went for the K10 over A12. You should just go for the K10 custom and wizard (reprint) design - simply the best looking CIEM bar none. Sound wise you can't go wrong at this level and I like all of them totl models maybe except the siren series. I quite like my UERM and they have a new re-tuned model and you can check them out too.

Does Noble cover the costs of tickets? I find myself wearing them while driving, it just sounds so awesome with the AK120ii. I feel its Nobles fault for forcing me to listen to them so much, thus they should pay the fines if I get any.
I've no idea if it's breaking the law to wear them while driving here in Belgium, but I've run into 2 situations where the police saw me wearing them and didn't stop me. *knock on wood* :D

You can wear something in one ear, but both ears, nope. I think its so in case there are sirens from firetrucks etc, you will be able to hear them.

I don't think it's illegal in Belgium. Not really have any convincing "evidence" besides the fact that they warn you that it is illegal in other countries like France. Regardles of it being legal or not, I don't think it's a good idea to wear headphones while driving. Remember that you still need to be able to hear the siren of police cars, ambulances, etc...

I'm on the same boat. Just got an update for the Wave and there still isn't even a proper prototype!! And they've changed the configurations?!?! They surely will ask for more money to upgrade to a higher spec... I will not touch LH again with a 10 foot pole (even if it turns out to be the best sounding device I've ever heard).
