Its going to be up to Brannan, but I sent him an email saying if he wants, he can take my K10's to CANJAM. So maybe, just maybe it will happen and people can go see them in person.

A tad disappointed as I think it would look spectacular in black.  But the red.....one can't complain as it's already bad@$$.

I kinda like the old style with the lacquer finish a bit better.

Drivers the same, dampers are the same, x-over components are the same, wire harness the same, socket the same shell = different

That being said, we have made some refinements to the form of the K10U. For example, the nozzle on the new K10U extends an additional 1mm which provides deeper insertion depth and a more secure fit. The improvement is quite considerable.

Because the insertion depth is changed does it make difference ?

   The parts are the same.

I have stated many times that insertion differences between CIEMs and IEM will make some impact on sound, as that is the nature of physics.  (No hidden agenda or mixed words here)

Wheather or not the difference is subjectively detectable is the question.

Great, our dealers may still have some in stock

Af far as an "exchange" is concerned, that would be up to your dealer. (I assume you got yours from a dealer as we have been out of stock for a long while now).   Regarding a "custom" face plate, we have never offfered a custom face plate on the Noble K10U.

Very surprised Noble went with such a "marmite" design. Not to my taste at all.

You may still be able to find the orginal K10U available with our dealers.

Marmite
1.
a metal or earthenware cooking pot with a cover, usually large and often having legs.

I personally have never seen a cooking pot that looks like the K10U, but if you say so.

I meant this stuff. :)

I believe it is known as Vegemite in some parts of the world.
A spread that has a taste that people supposedly either love or hate. I'm on the fence myself. :)
I am sure a lot of thought and effort has gone into the new design. I may well like them in the flesh.
All power to Noble for once again pushing the design envelope. I shall try and keep up!

Noble 4? They offer some pretty detailed lows, just nothing overpowering. The 4's bass have fast and rather natural decay. It's more balanced relative to the Noble 3, which has rather strong bass coupled with prominent, and sometimes strident highs. If you want a good all-round IEM that has good clarity and detail, the Noble 4 is a good choice in its price bracket.
