Have you tried using the USB out?

It works for me...

What are you wanting to use it with?
Yes, I have tried with a Mojo. The sound drops out, there is a random static noise, and overall sound quality is not even near what I get when I connect Mojo with the iPhone. Tried it with both Onkyo HF and UAPP. When I addressed this in an e-mail to Hidizs, they answered me that they are still working on USB out and line out. So they also recognized that it is yet not a "real" USB out.

I've been trying to make my AP200 work with in-line remotes, but can't find any settings to match. I am running the latest firmware (0.2.6). Am I missing something?

Received my Black 32gb version AP200 yesterday, charged fully, powered on, connected to wifi, ota update and everything, and then....

There's no sound via the 3.5mm jack. Factory reset, re-install of firmware nothing helps. Audio works just fine over bluetooth. Pretty disappointed to be honest. Had high hopes for this, cant say have positive opinions after this.

With anything you buy, there is a potential for it to be dead out of the box. It doesn't mean it's a bad product, let Hidizs replace it and then judge it :)

It is an interesting phenomena for me, usually adding an amp helps to improve scene and imagining, with AP200 adding amp reduces the scenery and imaging. It is actually great as I would not need to carry an amp with me, only problem could be with how impedance phones. Could someone comment on this.

Oops, this narrowing effect is with HE4XX (planar) phones but with Grado 325e and portable tube amp it works great! And hey guys, do not be hasty to sell AP200, the more I listen to it, moreI like its sound. Perhaps Hidizs will come up with great firmware and than AP200 will be unbeatable.

Oops again, it is what I call real oops! I connected Grado to another Audio IN 1 and definitely just listened AP200 directly because it connected to Audio IN 2. I am especially dumb today, I blame it on bad weather:).

Yes the affect of loosing sound space after an amp here present too. I never encountered this kind of effect.

Because AP200 doesn't have a true line-out. They are still working on it, accord to an answer I got in an e-mail.
Line-out should bypass the headphone amp and should have fixed voltage. That's probably why you get degrading results through headphone-out.

One more pleasant discovery, AP200 runs very well all my 250 ohm phones, excellent sound and not much change in amplification from 32 ohm. Like 31% for 32 ohm Grado and 51% for 250 ohm Sennh 6XX. I do not know how Hidizs achieved this but it looks like quite a fit.
