Yes. Much better.

But it's very dependent on the positioning. The headband needs to be split and positioned as much forward as it's possible.
Hard to describe. I'll make an illustration for explanation later.

Just received my new DT1350s in the post today. after much deliberation, i decided to purchase these "off plan" as it were, which is probably a bit of a gamble, but I'm glad I did. I'm not really an audiophile, but I  know what I like. Before purchasing these, I looked at various other cans like the B & Ws P5s, beats "solo", "pro" etc. to start with I was never very keen on the design. the B & Ws to me just look awful, and I can't escape the fact that the beats feel cheap and look kind of cheap / tacky.  I wasnt that keen on the sound either - both felt manipulated, particularly the P5s.

In contrast the DT1350s I think look amazing, even better in my hand than, and they feel incredibly sturdy and well built. My first impressions are that the sound is good too, crisp and tight bass, but powerful nonetheless, and an amazing level of detail - even on my iphone. Anyway, that is my opinion - I personally think these are the headphones to have.

Thanks. Nice review. I wish it would have spent a bit more time and detail on the various aspects of their sound though. Still, they're sounding more and more promising.

Got an email from B&H yesterday saying they expect to receive a shipment of 1350s any day now.
