I've heard a few MBL systems, and IMO, they have the most incredible imaging I've ever heard. A dental surgeon friend of mine went through a dozen amps before giving up and buying the MBL monsters. They are absolutely power hungry, but when fed properly make extraordinary music!!

Penchum, are you familiar with the Tape Project? Probably are, but just in case...

Wayne: I've read your profile. I knew what you. But seeing it in the pics...WOW just WOW! Eye popping to be sure! Gorgeous stuff. That MBL system must sound sublime. And that headphone room...a Head-fiers playground.

I'll have to check out that climber. 1.3 MPH and far more calories? Very nice, course it looks like it might kill me on my first run out.

Just plopped down the deposit for Nouvelle Platine Verdier. Will take delivery on 8/1 or 8/7; the TT is coming directly from France & the US distributor is driving up with the TT to set up for me. It was difficult deciding between the NPV and the Raven One, but I decided on the NPV.
