Koss Portapro Thread

Sorry for the bump but this store has the best pads I have ever used, hands down, for Portapro/KTXPRO1/similar size Kosses. I have both their pads which are the thickest and softest and the cushion pleathers which is just awesome.

I dont know if its a direct fit with porta pros without some tinkering.
 
But they put on the s500 make it one bargain! very cushy, and i hate hate hate hate hate on ears

How does the PortaPro sound wih the pleather pads vs the original foam pads?

Probably less different than you think. I'd say bass is a little punchier but really hardly  much. They're comfy, though.
 
I need to get a 2nd pair of Portapro to recable.

I ordered them on 28 December, and they've finally made it to 'Merica, but they've been stuck in Chicago since last Friday the 20th, for some strange reason. 

 
I'm confident they will appear suddenly and I'm curious as to how they'll sound and feel.

Been curious about these   bro. I didn't know if they were official or not. If they sound the same it's all good. Do you have a non red portapro to compare? I want a set if they are legit.

The red PortaPro is probably fake. I've never seen red on the Koss website. So if you can, get your money back. Here's a thread on fake PortaPros.
