IMO not good. KPPs are too open. stick with IEM for running.

I disagree. The microphonics of IEMs are much more troubling to me. I run regularly and I love using my Portapros; they're light, non-microphonic, and I don't really notice much wind noise.

I Agree. I'm a walker, not a runner (I suffer from some back problems) and use my Portapros since I find that when using IEM's every step resounds within my skull; plus they're very comfortable and since they're cheap I don't mind sweating all over them

Probably nothing without modding them further. But, on their own, the PortaPros still sound pretty awesome.
