i wonder what the ratio of perfect fits to refit-needed is now? mine are probably another month out and i am not keen on sending them back when they come in!

So far seems jhaudio has not had many issues with fit seems like more then normal are satisfied with their seal or at least less are reporting issues.

I think they have some kind of special technology or measuring system they're using to ensure more accurate fits the first time around, or I think I read something about it at least.

Hey for everyone who owns the Sennheiser HD800's and JH13 Pro. Is it worth getting both or are they the same? My first thoughts were the JH13 Pro was a carbon copy of the HD800's in terms of detail and sound quality but the HD800's obviously wins in soundstaging but I'm hearing the JH13 Pro is still competing against the HD800 in terms of soundstaging. I personally don't want to have to go and buy a better amp then the one that I have now to run the HD800s to the max. I could spend less and get the JH13 Pro only. Is it worth it guys?

Great, My second biggest fear about custom earphones is no worries.

They are not the same sound. The HD800 are a little more forward, brighter with less bass, and pickier about the amp you use than the JH13Pro. I think the HD800 have slightly better soundstage being a full size can, but both have great imaging.

Have you heard either of them?

That's good about low refits, just seems the art is the issue now then. Maybe the person who does art is getting overloaded.

Apparently Adam doing the art for JHA is the same guy that did the beer glass design for Jay Summers of the Rolling Stones a few years ago, which I copied on my UE11Pro. After Jerry and Adam saw my UE11pro they laughed and decided that they wanted to have fun with my JH13Pro during the re-fit, and do something different with my artwork (not the beer). It's going to be a surprise - I can't wait to see it (Jerry gave me a hint but I gave them creative license).

I am listening to Shadow Gallery (Room V) with them right now and once again I am completely blown away by the sound quality.
