Hahah oh man...The bass is a delight.

For my tastes/from my perception it is very nicely balanced. Nice tone and texture, speed, details. And really, it’s pretty goddamn fun, while still being accurate.

Sprinkle in some very real moments where you just go “holy balls, how?” (Impactful when called for? Edit: plus sub bass). But, not overpowering of the rest of the music.

It’s nice and tight when called for, too (I.e., pulling out a random example from tidal MQA selection... “Don’t Start Now” by Dua Lipa on N6ii).

It’s a pretty transparent IEM so a lot will depend on the upstream sources, and mastering quality of the track. Scalability seems high.

Overall; not too much, not too little, and very, very fun.

Quite nice regardless of genre, too.

As a side note...it’s also very impressive that one driver per ear is pulling off this imaging and dynamic range so (seemingly) effortlessly. You can tell the speed of the driver is just ridiculous. Often makes me close my eyes and wonder/imagine, Magic School Bus style, just where each part of a given song is coming from on the driver, on a semi-microscopic level. But that’s neither here nor there. Sorry, tangent!

So I just noticed the cable here. It looks like a thicker version of the stock Luna cable, same Y connector as the Hulk...is this a prototype 'Hulk-Lite'? And, is this one silver coated copper cable?

That cable is a pure silver 8-core cable. We will have it on hand at the show! (Along with two other newly developed exotic cables!)

Not SPC. It is our new 8-core, pure silver cable, currently unnamed. It is estimated to be priced at or below the current NOBLE cable.



We'll actually have 3 new exotic cables on hand at the show. One of them will make non-showgoers green with envy.

The latest update on stock availability is that outstanding orders that were left unfulfilled during the outbreak-induced restrictions on factory operations are to be fulfilled before the end of the month, and so there will be very limited quantities of the LUNA available by early March --- we will be taking limited orders ourselves, as well as from our dealers. LUNA's drivers take a long time to build ---- ten times longer than conventional dynamic drivers, so fulfillment will be limited by how many we can produce at a time.

Well, extreme coherence ... Wide, deep soundstage. Highs were extended, clear and detailed, and the bass extended deep as well. Over all it was a clear presentation with clarity and tons of detail, fast bass with good sub bass as well. The mids were smooth, detailed and layered, there was space between the notes. The iem itself is super light and comfortable...

In fact I have yet to see any remarks about how the Final A8000 is in any way better. Mostly opposite. Looks like LUNA is making a great impression on show goers. That is what I wanted to see.

Do you have an eta for international dealers? I am very hesitant to buy direct as you can get seriously stung with import charges. I would much rather know exactly how much I am paying for something upfront.
