I'll submit a ticket, but I did update the Gaia app (and restarted the phone) prior to applying the firmware update.
Thank you for letting me know that, this is Android I assume, as I just updated mine and had no issue, so I will report this asap.

The factory reset in the Android version does nothing for you?

No there is supposed to be a Factory reset option in the new GAIA app, This will clear everything, but if they are now not connecting I don't believe it's accessible.

I'll look a few pages back to where this came up for the gentleman.

Hopefully, all have opened support tickets so we can get to the bottom of what's going on here and get folks up and running again.

There are others who have reported no issue so I am at a loss as to what is causing it, again, I do appreciate this and will immediately pass these posts on to support tonight. They are on limited staff until after the new year but folks will get taken care of.

My go pods have volume issues and it is getting worse. At first I thought they were not responding to the left and right hold commands Because they were activating Siri by mistake. I deactivated Siri on the iPhone and it made no difference. Pushing the buttons for.volume control only works intermittently. A more serious problem has occurred in the past week. After they have been in use 30 - 40 minutes, the volume suddenly increases to full by itself. I downloaded Gaia today, verified I had the latest firmware, did the reset,, and the volume increase still occurred. Anyone else experiencing these issues? Ps the volume issue was logged with ifi # 182933.

I have experienced the same issue during my jogging sessions. It was horrible. Now I disable the buttons during my physical training.
