IEMs for laying in bed

Does anyone have any recommendations for IEMs that fit really well when laying side ways? I love my current headphones, AD700s, but they're impossible to lay sideways with. I was thinking of going with the AT CKM500s because they'd have that AT house sound but I was also looking at the Hifiman RE262 and the FAD Agadio V. I've only ever had $10 IEMs, so I don't really know what to expect out of them. Does anyone know how those three IEMs would compare to my AD700s sound signature wise?
 
I haven't had enough hifi gear to know what kind of sound signature I like but I know that my AD700s blew me away when I used a fiio e10 with bass boost. The softness(or maybe smoothness) of the sound is really nice. Something with lots of detail in the highs as well as some air would be nice.
I know for a fact I don't like bass monsters. I'll be listening to mostly piano solos, some orchestra stuff and a little jazz.

The most comfortable 'laying on your side'-IEM I ever experienced was the Westone 1. Unfortunately, the soundsignature is quite a bit different from the Audio Technica house sound.

q-JAYS is by far the best I have used for that purpose.
UE700 and HiSound Audio Crystal are also good, better than the Westones IMO for laying on the side.

Being ATHs doesn't necessarily means they are similar in sound. CKM500 bas bloated and impactful bass, and the bass-light super airy AD700 is anything but that. Even the genres that they do well are worlds apart. It might be a good idea to describe what music you will be listening with them and what do you like about the AD700. 
CKM500 is just ok for laying on the side IMO, they still stick out a bit too much, and sometimes I lost seal with them while trying to lay sideways.

Shure IEM's should do well here. I personally just use a couple of cheap Sennheiser CX's (300 and 500) as they just fit in well and I usually wake up with them still intact on my ears...

I think the Philips SHE3580 sounded quite similar to the Audio Technica CKM50 I tried, but with less exaggerated bass and treble.  Failing that anything recommended by Dsnuts can't be bad for an AT fan

XBA-1 stick straight out of the ear, they won't work for lying sideways

try TDK BA200. The seal won't break when laying on the side.

philips she3590 are by far the most comfortable iem i know for lying on the side. i do not even notice them on a hard pillow. ie8 worked well too.

Shure and Westone models come to mind here.  Same with Phonak.

Westone 4 is pretty comfortable because it fits perfectly. Also Soundmagic PL50 is good to lay sideways because it is so tiny and you dont even feel it inside you ear. Sound wise they are not the same of course.

+1. I got a lot of cheap iems sof far( starting my way up). And i find the 3580 the most comfortable for lying on the side. They are so small that they dont bother lying on the side.

TDK BA200 fits ear very comfortably. I tried with comply foam tips and it didn't drop out until I woke up next morning 

now with Phonak .. fitting is good but you've to choose wisely . I feel a bit painful while lying sideway. =/
