keen to hear your thoughts on Focal Clears. Been using HD800, PM1 and LCD-X on tt2 / mscaler combo, and keep going back to the HD800. No usual issues of sibilance, and I just love the clarity.

Hey mate, I do not own the HD800 so cannot speak, however I absolutely love the tonality, clarity and punch of the Clears... like they literally do sound so very clear, transparent, maybe not as much as the Utopia...

Its here! Chord stack complete! Now to lose myself in listening w/ my Focal Clears for a long while.

I wish the M-Scaler had an Acrylic Window; I would like to see the beast inside; the XC7A200T.

EDIT: But then again, I think the metal slab you seen through the window is actually THICK EMI shield encompassing the whole unit behind the casing.

Congratulations mate enjoy

Holy poop, the dude is in Australia and gets both tt2 and the mscaler, whilst back in the UK, we are lucky if we can get one or the other.

Ahwell, good things come to those who are forced to wait.

Like brogue’s and bowler hats :/

Still waiting on mine. Last update from my dealer was, that Chord should start to ship Hugo TT 2s to dealers in EU past week, which should already happen. Hopefully it is true and we can await our new toy here in EU in next upcoming days.

I think you will be fine mate, what colour did you go for?The silver is a better model, sounds better, the silver paint isolates it better, also I did tests with a thermometer and the black paint retains the heat but the silver stays cool
