High End CIEM/IEM Thread!

All right.

I will travel around Asia and Europe this coming autumn, maybe I will have the chance to try some then.

Is there any list available where all the CIEM makers are listed? Maybe even with locations? Would be great to have with me on my travels.

This certainly would make an interesting addition to the Lonely Planet guides

The Noble K10 is rated number one on Head Fi, with 24 consecutive five star reviews. In the history of Head-fi.org, no other product design has held that distinction, further more, the Noble K10 has held its number one position on Head Fi, longer than any other product design in the history of Head-fi.org
There are shows held frequently in the USA, there is a show in Japan near the end of October, and there will probably be a show in Singapore, April of 2017.

As for locations that you could demo a Noble K10, or its sister flagship the Katana,

If you would like to meet in Bangkok, PM me, and we can try to make arrangements. I will also be attending the show in Japan in October as well.

Sounds interesting, I will probably visit Bangkok in january/februari. Otherwise I will try to schedule a trip to Singapore in April.

Haha - indeed :)

Just keep me posted, I get over to Bankok at least once every 8 weeks. I also go to Malaysia from time to time as well.

Really? At what point do reviewers get scared, 2 five star reviews, 4 five star reviews, 6
, 15, 23

What is the magical number, when did the Noble K10 no longer receive five star reviews based on merrit, but rather received 5 star reviews based on fear?

Funny thing is, even the first 5 star review was met with skeptisism, after 24 five star reviews, i would think that doubt would have been erased, but apparently it isnt.

I mean purchasing a product solely based on 5 stars review is a bad idea, especially with a product so expensive. Nevertheless, I agree with you in that K10 is a masterpiece. I loved it when I had a chance to demo it shortly. Just wish I could afford it :p
It certainly costs more than any CIEMs I've owned or reviewed(not that there aren't more pricy CIEMs).

I just went from 0 to 200 in five seconds flat.  First pair of custom IEMs is a Noble K10. Any suggestions for a combo music player/amp?  I'm already rocking a Schiit Bifrost/Asgard 2 at home and am thinking of upgrading them as well.  Would love any thoughts.  They're gonna look something like this... so excited.  Wonder if I should expect closer to 1 or 2 months...

Wizard's talent not counting, quite a few customers order designs that are far from great-looking despite beauty being subjective. This is one of the lovely designs I have come across. Congrats!!

Thanks! Yeah, I didn't feel comfortable rolling the dice, so I found the ones I liked in their "lookbook".  And it was only $200 extra vs. $400 for a random design. There are lots of awesome designs out there, if you don't mind being only semi-unique. :)
