Sorry for the delay in getting your RE-600s to you. There have been no QC issues on RE-600. We have been waiting for the last bits to complete the package such as owner's guide, Comply tips, sticker for the package. We don't want to ship RE-600 with anything missing.

We have everything now and if your set has not already been shipped it should be this week.

Thanks for your patience.

I must've misread the notice then, sorry about that!

Hi All - I have some original RE0's. I love them and use orange foamies.

Some have mentioned the 400's are similar in size to the RE0's - so can I assume the orange foamies fit?

Any use them with foamies?

I guess I should try these out - I was toying with a set of DBA-02's but might save myself a few quid and try these RE-400's instead.

RE-600's in the house, ive been listeneing to them for about an hour and done no A/B comparisons so nothing is definitive but.........

holy crap!  oh mother of god these things are good.  rather more 262 than 272 in the tuning which was unexpected but just wow, these things are good!

Nice to see you're enjoying them :D  Haven't heard the 262 or 272, but the way the RE-600 sounded reminded me a lot of how the RE-262 has always been described

Sorry to quote myself but I'd love to know if they are the same size (top-wise) as Re0's...

Also - I guess many of you would have owned both. Does anyone 'regret' bothering to get the 400's as the upgrade from an Re0 was very little?

I'd check out the Nozzle thing for you, but I can't find my (broken) RE0.  As for the upgrade in sound, if you want a little more bass in your IEM, the RE-400 will be the direction you want to head.  If you already love the RE-0 sound, you might want to hold on tight.  I'd do a comparison for you, but it's been years since I heard an RE-0 :frowning2:

I'm working on RE-600 comparisons right now.  As of now, this is what is compiled on my list:
  1. HiFiMAN RE-400
  2. Heir Audio 4.Ai
  3. Logitech Ultimate Ears UE 900
  4. Westone W4R
  5. Phonak PFE232

Any others anyone is interested in?

I am not sure about the RE0 but the RE-262 and RE-272 can interchange tips between RE-400 and RE-600... and IIRC, the 262/272 use the same tips as the 0?

to tinyman392: TDK BA200 perhaps? I'm thinking there are a few in the $100-200 price range that could be included, that all strive to sound non-fatiguing?
