A good binaural recording on spotify would be amber rubarth: sessions from the 17th ward.  just skip to the 3rd track to give you an idea.  Listen to a normal song first though and get in the zone and have your volume at a decent level.  These recordings play very well at higher volumes.

An amazingly recorded binaural album worth checking out would be Ottmar Liebert - Up Close. It's playable on Spotify I believe. The HE-400's holographic soundstage does the album wonders. My jaw was literally on the floor the first time I played through it.

The albums I have are on my laptop and I honestly don't know the info on some. But, this link here, and the thread it is associated with here on head-fi are what got me interested.

Thanks! I'm downloading those two now on Spotify Premium (320kbps OGG Vorbis)

Also, JACKPOT!! Most of these albums are on Spotify

Speaking of albums that make the HE-400 shine, I recommend Neil Young's "Live at Massey Hall" from 1971 to any of you who don't own it already. Feels like I'm there when I listen with the HE-400. This recording really shows how dynamic and engaging the HE-400 can be.

I'll put a link to the Amazon listing below, but it's readily available over torrents and whatnot.

I only have my MDR-7550 with me at the moment (excellent soundstage for an IEM), hooked up to my SG3 and Fiio E18 but WOW is correct. Amazing! Before today, I didn't know binaural recordings even existed.

Looks great with the Beyer headband.

I have a HE-400 too, and I have a really small head, ¿does the beyer headband fit properly?

Thanks for the idea, these is what i'm looking for.

Regards from Spain!

I have a small-medium head and the pads used to touch the top of my ears at times and be a little annoying. I feel the Beyer headband added enough material to eliminate this completely. Perfect ear height for me now.
