Hey guys;
 
I am looking for hi-fi over ear closed headphones about 150$. Natural sound is important for me. As you see on the title i want for rock. It will be nice if it look good but not too important.

you won't get a hifi can for 150. The HD-25 is highly recommended around here and they are said to be great for both rock and dubsteb. I would take a look at them. Good luck

Beyer DT770 is a little over your limit (depending) and you would probably love it, does have strong bass though, but probably won't have to EQ it down.
