What about the HiFiMan RE-400? They handle everything well, as I listen to a massive variety of music. It's almost criminal how low they're priced per performance. I would've paid double for these guys. It's the most versatile and natural sounding IEM I've heard yet.

Thank you for reminding me that, i totally forgot the RE-400 :) probably i have my HE-400 haha!! but, im planning on listening to these as well this coming saturday. Thank you for reminding me... but im still looking forward about T-PEOS H-200 and Audio Technica CKS-1000... for H-200 i need to extend my budget on that :) but just looking for a good pair of  IEM .. :)

H200 is equally good as cks1000, but they cost $80 more.
i have had re-0 which is bit worse than re-400, but even cks99 or ckn70 is far better than re-0, so noticably better than re-400 which costs $110. only they have better cable than audio technica iems.

I think you will be in the minority in saying the CKN70 is noticeably better than the RE-400. Very few have both but they are said to be close but the edge goes to the RE400 overall.

Anyway, the TPEOS seems a very good choice for the OP.

The GR07 are amazing for the price because there ability to portying the pictures of whole frequency spectrum so coherntley with great punchy bass, good imaging and wider soundstage. Sony XBA4, JVC FXZ200 and UM3x are also pretty good sounding for the price.

TF10 build problems are limited to the cable. A durable replacement cable is 35$ and won't break. If you want bass the TF10 is definitely nice IMO. Unless you want A LOT of bass, in which case the TF10 might not have enough.

Yes i do consider that and actually im now comparing AT CKS1000 vs T-PEOS H-200 but im reading the h-200 thread at this moment.. and for me i don't think TF10 is good enough on my routine... its either AT CK1k or H-200... unless there will be a new release or a different IEM under $250 that has not been mentioned yet on this thread... i just want my $250 to be worth it... thats all..

One I'm looking to get is the FAD Heaven V, which is also slightly about $250. Worth reading about. Good impressions here...http://www.head-fi.org/t/613641/final-audio-design-appreciation-discussion-thread/1980#post_9486981

To be honest, you really can't just read the H200 thread and assume its better than the TF10. While this may be true, you have to consider that its the H 200 thread! If you were in the TF10 thread, the majority of the users would say the TF10 is the best...

Haven't used the H200 but the TF10 is VERY exciting which is probably a plus for you. The level of detail and soundstaging is also quite good.

The reason why im reading that page is for me to get info about the item, im not being subjective and just get H-200 that fast but what im saying is there's a lot of headfiers here that are objective...
so on that point i need to figure out their similar reviews about what they say about the highs, mids, lows and etc. but im also comparing alot of iems to be honest and i've come up stretching my budget up to $300 or maybe $350(MAX), and i think sennheiser IE 8 or ie80 will fit my needs but i haven't stop yet on my adventure, til now I'm looking for the best iem for my budget, my adventure is still on going "my ears will be my ultimate ice breaker".
