For now, I'll probably buy TFZ Live X

If you like your VE BIE, VE will be releasing SIE (not exactly sure when but they have been hinting its release imminently). It should be upgrade on the BIE and BIE Pro.
Penon Fan has great sub bass rumble and goes deep. I usually don’t like recommending above the stated budget but Penon Serial is on sale and the bass quality is very impressive.
Ok. I have the BIE and it’s quite good. Wanted to upgrade.

+1 for FH3. Of all iems I have (they are not much) - FD5, ISN H50, TANGZU Zetian Wu I find the bass of FH3 the most satisfactory! It's quality meaty bass! Although H50's bass goes really deep with great rumble but IMO anyone couldn't go wrong with the FH3 for its bass alone.
Thanks NAS. I had the FH3 and sold it. Want something even better. Any suggestions ? Can stretch the budget a little.

I don't know man cause I'm in the same boat. You might wanna check ISN/Penon offerings like suggested. I have the H50 and it is cool but I heard EST50 has even more bass. There are people in Penon/ISN threads that are worshiping both Serial and EST50 but the price is over your budget. ISN H50/Penon Serial are about the same price 250-300 USD but EST50 is 400+USD. Also there are IMR iems but that's totally different price range lol. For now I'm happy with what I have and hope you can find what you looking for
