I recently ordered a RE-400 from the head direct website. Are you supposed to receive an email from them to confirm the order? Because I did not receive one and the shipping status has been " Payment received. Waiting for shipping " for three days since I ordered. Thanks for your help!

They should have send you a tracking code that you can track it anytime. They will also send you a "your order had shipped" notification email after they shipped your item. Be patient and don't worry.

I am really starting to wonder if I got scammed or something. It has already been SIX days since I made that order. I don't know about you but how hard can it be to ship my order? and I have no idea why the total weight keeps changing to a value between 250g to 5490g (WTH?) My order number is 131227118329602811232, if anybody cares.

seikatsu, I guess they are on new year holiday. You'd better wait 1-2 days before opening a dispute. Don't worry, they will send it.

I will contact our shipping department and give you a reply later. Usually orders would be arranged the day after we receive them.

We do not work on weekends. It was shipped on Monday Dec 30. Tracking is 2011000653. It can be tracked here http://www.ejs.com.cn/en/

I have problem with HE-6
 
Got it on sales forum just and received it this Friday, http://www.head-fi.org/t/695900/mint-hifiman-he-6-with-many-extras
 
 
and the problem is both sides are dead, no sound comes out of it. Running is with Lyr with same wires HE-400 does work without any problems and when I pug the same wires to HE-6 it is dead silent. and I not even contacted the seller,hoping that it can be resolved... please suggest.

Hi, it's better you can get the original payment receipt from the seller. Please send email to customerservice@hifiman.com for instruction.
