    I recently ordered a RE-400 from the head direct website. Are you supposed to receive an email from them to confirm the order? Because I did not receive one and the shipping status has been " Payment received. Waiting for shipping " for three days since I ordered. Thanks for your help!

    Yes, the cable works with HE-300, and has a standard 3.5 mm jack.

    They should have send you a tracking code that you can track it anytime. They will also send you a "your order had shipped" notification email after they shipped your item. Be patient and don't worry.[​IMG]

    I am really starting to wonder if I got scammed or something. It has already been SIX days since I made that order. I don't know about you but how hard can it be to ship my order? and I have no idea why the total weight keeps changing to a value between 250g to 5490g (WTH?) My order number is 131227118329602811232, if anybody cares.

    seikatsu, I guess they are on new year holiday. You'd better wait 1-2 days before opening a dispute. Don't worry, they will send it.

    I have problem with HE-6
     
    Got it on sales forum just and received it this Friday, http://www.head-fi.org/t/695900/mint-hifiman-he-6-with-many-extras
     
     
    and the problem is both sides are dead, no sound comes out of it. Running is with Lyr with same wires HE-400 does work without any problems and when I pug the same wires to HE-6 it is dead silent. and I not even contacted the seller,hoping that it can be resolved... please suggest.
