I received these yesterday from Fleasbaby! :)

They're easy on the eyes, no?

I'm still waiting on other parts (Shipibo Gimbals, Nhoord drivers, Turbulent Labs headband, Sennheiser HD800 jacks). I'm going to demo both Nhoord and Magnum drivers to see which sound best in these cups.

New project is in the dry-fit stage and a photo of my last Nhoord project to stay on topic

@dhruvmeena96, the Scarlett that I had from Jaco was a Red V2 that had 3 vents open and there was dynamat on each side of the vent holes and more dynamat on the back of the magnet housing. To me the opening of vent holes made the bass go a bit deeper but you need the dynamat to add some damping to keep the bass from getting muddy/uncontrolled. I've given the Scarlett build to my son a while ago so I don't remember much about how it sounded.

Just finished my nhoord build, very pleased with the results at this early stage. Will compare them with my RS2e when I have more hours on them but very promising already.

Very nice! That cable is gorgeous. Did you make that yourself or did you purchase it somewhere,

I just finished this build last night. Nhoord Red ver.2 drivers, walnut cups are from Fleasbaby, black ceramic coated gimbals and rod blocks from Shipibo Audio, black padded leather headband, Sennheiser HD800 cable connectors. As I had expected, this headphone sounds fantastic!

This is my build:
  • Self made cups
    • Banak wood
    • Laser engraved
  • Vever headband
  • Nhoord drivers
  • Wired to male 3.5 plug on a single side (I use them with a bluetooth adapter or a extension cable)
  • S cushions (Waiting for a generic G and grado L to try out)

Love the build, particularly the the attention to detail. ES100 pairs well with almost everything I’ve heard. You’re going to like the G and L pads, they make a really noticeable difference

Does anyone have recent experience contacting Nhoord? I ordered from them a week ago but haven't heard anything back and was wondering if anyone knew if they were alright. Nevermind, they got in touch and everything seems fine :)

Yeah, he's based in South Africa, and the lockdown for COVID is pretty intense there. They should be lifting some of the restrictions over the coming weeks though.
