Haha, no problem. I must admit i thought you did, but i played along a little bit.
It's hard to always be on the same page on the internet. Oh, and with women too.

Hehe, devil you :)

And now a question. What would people think of Beats (all but the Pro version) if they were sold under $100? I know this was asked previously but on a $100-150 pricing, while I'm actually asking below $100.

The internet is crawling with reports of those things breaking from normal use after weeks. There is a video on youtube of a guy putting them on his head and off. He puts them on, puts them off, when he puts them on again they snap in half. If a pair of headphones breaks from being put on someone's head, they don't deserve to be called headphones.

Edit: the video I mentioned is the one above this post.

One person at my school who I am acquainted with has gone through.
4 Monster Beats HD solo headphones almost all of which broke from normal use, one of them broke when they fell out of his backpack in class.

7 Monster Beats tours*the earphones* No idea how some one would break this many Earphones unless he was using them to make a nuce to hang him self for buying more of the same earphones that keep breaking.

3 Monster Beats Studios. Broke one unfolding them. The others I'm not sure how.

and now has the Beats Pro's but has broken the cup has popped out of the swiveling mechanism The best of the beats line IMO as they weren't that bad. And I believe these broke when he was removing them form his head, stressing the cups pulling them apart.

So in short, yes durability is one of the flaws.

I still wouldn't be able to recommend them due to the build, or the sound. They're too cheaply built for me to be able to recommend them at all, even as style icons.

If that would be improved, i might be able to recommend them, just for the stylishness. Even though i'm personally not that fond of it.

The Pro's however are gorgeous. Due to me liky brushy metalz.

I'd bet if M50s were sold at places like Best Buy the sun would shine brighter. I'm a sucker for that brushed metal circle

We've all seen this video:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xZE3J3ZykAw&feature=player_embedded

What gets me is some of the youtube comments. For example:

"lol somebody needs to learn how to take headphones off ....dumba***s"

Talk about a "reality distortion" field.
