I would recommend SLA or SLS printing for waveguides. They require a high level of detail and smoothness to work as intended. Unfortunately I cannot do them. There are plenty of online services that print and ship though. Just Google it and you will come up with a bunch. I used Shapeways for some T50 waveguides that were SLS printed and sandblasted.
Gotcha; I've been looking at using Sculpteo as a printing company for these but thought a user here might be able to do it for cheaper lol.
