I really really want to buy the PF VIII...but at that price, the lack of a detachable cable is a complete deal breaker. I cannot fathom why it was not designed with one.

I know a man who can make MMCX connectors in PF, but he lives in Russia.

New to thread. Thinking of buying a pair of Heaven IV but reviews I have read refor to "coloration" in the mids, and also that the mids areunlike anything they've heard before. Is this a good thing? A little wary of buying something so....different. Can anyone explain what these comments mean????? Thanks

Mojo really bring the best out of FAD FI-BA-SS! The mids are really awesome detailed, refined yet got a raw feel without coloration like Audio Technica ATH-EW9 (which is another epic earphones that female vocals audiophile love).

Hmm, Lover's tears by Sandy Lam, beautiful. I have the Mojo and the Fibass also and agree that it is a great combo.

Have you tried the new Fibasst? I heard they retune it to make it sound less bright. Very interested how it compares to the Fibass.

Not tried it yet, but less bright meaning it don't have that kind of transparency that Fibass offers?!
