Well, the GR-07 has more bass and the Heaven IV with more treble to say the least.

Well, it's still more to me... significant or not. But then again the GR-07 does already have a lot of treble.

W4 levels? Not sure, since I don't have the Heaven IV right now (still getting replaced). Perhaps MF can give you a more accurate approximation.

well, the bass is pretty close to ermm, Shure SE315 and above if i remembered the sound correctly.
This earphone just doesnt emphasize a lot on outstanding bass or treble, it provide smooth mid and pretty balance sounding, off course with good detail as well.

will do a product review if i'm able to get hold of a unit from my friend.

In term of comparison between atrios on bass and details :

Atrios bass > Heaven IV
Heaven IV detail > Atrios
