Is this DAP locked into 48kHz in OTG mode like most other Android devices?

Isn't that like so 5-10 years ago?

If my ancient -- okay, maybe not as ancient as my Opus #1 or much older Cowan D3 Plenue, but well aged -- FiiO X7 and kinda new but lowly and inexpensive FiiO M6 aren't, this sure won't be. Nor is that the case w/my Pioneer android DAP. All stream to my Mojo at the native sample rate, denoted by the indicator/power marble changing its color in lockstep with the actual sample rate.

And if/when any are ... in many but not all instances, USB Audio Player Pro FTW -lol.

If the the third party app does not have own decoding library, there will be no SRC when using it. And the FiiO Music app will not have SRC. And if you are using our FiiO Music app in the player, the output sampling rate will follow the current playing music file.

Does Tidal offline files play at there first unfolded position over OTG.
The reason I’m asking is Tidal offline plays from my iPhone up to 24bit to 96kHz camera kit. But my LG v35 only plays Tidal offline at 48kHz over OTG. I’m worried this Fiio play with Android will be locked to 48kHz like the other Android v35 device I have.
I plan to use it to feed a D50 in my car. But use it as a player while at home or walking. But D50 always get 48kHz from a Android with Tidal offline.

M11 Pro - Volume Control:

I am coming from A&K and now own the M11 Pro. Incredible sound, but I am finding one annoyance. The volume control. I find that I have to turn it A LOT in order to get the volume to go up or down. I know that when I start turning the volume control on the left side of the unit a vertical volume bar pops up on the right side of the screen, which if touched (and I have to get to it fast, if I am using the unit one-handed, since it will disappear fast) changes the volume. But that bar is kind of thin, and harder for me to move up and down.

Question: Is there any way to set the unit so that it no longer feels like I am in first gear and have to turn the wheel many times to get a change? To make it adjust the volume faster? Or if not, is there any third party app that will let me do that?

I believe the volume wheel is calibrated just right. I need to ability to adjust one or two clicks when listening to sensitive earphones.

From what I’ve read, it’s a known problem. I would RMA it back to the dealer and get a refund or replacement.

I had the same problem with oval screen burn in from the start and it’s come back stronger now - I wish I replaced the m11 pro at the start instead of sticking with the problem, but now it’s out of warranty

You may try this method provided by other use to see if it helps:
To solve this problem, you can keep the machine warm as much as possible. If possible, please place the machine in a warm place for about 3 to 5 days, until theelectrostatic discharge can be improved.

This problem is a problem of the 7872 platform itself and cannot be supported. So if Samsung could not fix this problem, we could not add the support for M11Pro as well.

But some users use the Airplay or USB DAC function of M11 Pro for playing Apple music from their iPhone or MAC instead. You could have a try.

I'd like to see you take another look at Apple Music, perhaps collaborating with Apple (if Samsung is no help). It makes no sense that all other streaming apps work on this platform and only Apple Music has a problem.

How to update the FiiO Music app in players:
Set the device to storage mode and connect to computer, drag the downloaded FiiO Music (.apk) to the device. Then disconnect the connection and enter ES file explorer/file manager, find the FiiO Music app in internal storage/sd card and click install.
