Just like before, balanced ports are working fine but there's absolutely no sound via the 3.5mm port, not even a crackle or static.

Hi, could you tell me when will this problem happen? And if you can send us the log when this occured, we can more easily to solve it.(You can send the log to support@fiio.com)

When the certain problem happens on the M11, please go to " Settings ->About device" , and continually tap“Model number", until the prompt "Have save output log to built-in storage" appears. Then please wait for about 20 seconds, and go to M11's internal storage, then send these two log files "M11-kernel-xx.log" and "M11-system-xx.log" to us for further analysis.
Please be noted that, please do not reboot the M11 before you grab the log files, because the log files will not be gotten after reboot.

You can click the more function button(In the upper right corner) and choose the album.

I know about that, but I mean from the Now Playing playlist screen, not from Now Playing screen. From Now Playing playlist I need to press three dot icon for selected track, go to 'Check track info' - and there is a possibility to navigate to Album (tracks are in order corresponded to id3tag informations) or Artist (track in alphabetical view) of selected track. It would be nice if these options were available immediately after pressing three dot button of selected track

And about a list of Artists track accessible from Now Playing screen by given shortcut (where now all track of current artist are listed in alphabetical order), or from mentioned above track detail entry, my propositions are:

- list all tracks of current artist, sorted by artist albums and track numbers (from id3tag) of current album
OR
- make album miniatures (little bigger than normal one) and under it (each album miniature) list of album track in id3tag track number order
OR
- one of above and current, alphabetical order - but give us possibility to choose which view user prefer

I have been being prompt by the OS to update to the new firmware version.
But when I choose the online update the download does not progress further than 1%.

have you tried to restart the device then retrying?

Also you can try downloading from here and saving to M11 or sd card and do a local update

I did reboot but had the same luck.
I will try the local update, thank you.
But why doesn't it proceed with the download you reckon?

In the now playing screen, is it possible to maximise the album art? I.e. to use the whole width of the screen. it's a shame when you have the lovely HD screen and maybe 80 pixels are wasted as a border to the art. Maybe have an option "Maximise Art In Now Playing" to make it a square display and full width??

I have a problem with fiio music app I am using the M11 as a transport for my Chord Hugo I just purchased a shanling L2 type usb c to usb connector it’s works fine with Hiby app showing bit perfect on Hugo.
Now with the fiio app the music is like it’s scrambled static can just make out what’s playing any ideas.
It’s not outputting bit perfect via Spotify app it’s outputting in 48khz
I’m at a loss why hiby would work but not fiio app.

So basically I cant use the fiio app for usb output is there any specific settings I'm missing???

are the USB output enabled on the fiio app?

On settings menu, chose USB output, enable it and select Native.

This way works great for me with a chord mojo.
