Send whoever you ordered from (linsoul?) an email asking nicely? Bear in mind that with the 11.11 sale they were probably hammered and need a bit of time to catch up.
No iems, I've ordered just cable and got it within 8 days, which is record shipping time from Ali.

I also order a hifiman headphones 38 days ago and they are not shipped yet also!

Can't really use universals due to my right ear, but can't get a set of impressions done for customs at the moment thanks to blocked ears due to a cold. Ears won't be done until cold clears up, so aside from when I crack I'm stuck with noise cancellers Might be able to give you a run for your money there
My right ear canal is flared up, I use different sizes for eartips for each ear and it works
