That particular model is still in development, last time I asked FiiO. However, they are focusing on E11 and X3 atm.

how would you compare E7 to mini3? (perform wise, the look of E7 has no match)

If you need an USB DAC, get the E7, if you just going to use the amp, E11 should sound better because it has a better opamp. Never listen to mini3 before, so I can't really comment the sound - but if I have to make a guess, I'll say mini3 probably will sound better.
