I know they're 2 different types of amps. One is portable whereas the other one isnt. I wanted to know which one would provide the best sound improvement for my monitors. I usually use the DJ1 pros. 
 
No idea if the listening preference affects it but I'm mostly into Hip Hop, Techno, Dubstep and all sorts of pop.
 
The price doesn't matter as long as it's between these two.

If the e9 is better, ill probably wait for the e10

Yes, the E9 will be better.
 
Edit: and I really doubt the little USB-powered E10 will be as good of an amp as the mains-powered E9.

It will be a little better sounding than E7 + E9 as E10 has slightly better detail and soundstage than E7. However, E10 alone should be enough to drive the DJ1 pro (judging from the spec) while E9 does have a better sounding amp.

I'm getting a pair of HD25's too so would it make a difference? Also, would it be better to get a
e9 + e10 or e10 + e11 since the prices dont really vary that much.

E10 and E11 share similar amp design, so I don't think that will work out for the better. E9 + E10 make better sense.

The E9 is a much better amp than the E11. Getting the E11 wouldn't really make sense, unless you're going to be using the HD25s on the go. If it's for home listening, get the E9 and E10. Both the E9 and E11 can power your headphones fine but the E9 is more powerful.

E10 uses a triple channel design? I thought the only thing similar between the E10 and the E11 is the use of the opamp AD8397; there's not much info on the topology other than the fact the E10 does not use virtual ground like the E11.

No E10 uses real ground, but other than that, what I heard is the two are similar. At least for my ears, E10'a amp sounds just a tab better than E11 for being more revealing.

The E7 is a better amp than the E9, and the E9 is inappropriate to drive low impedance headphones like yours.  The E7 for a warmer tone and very closely matched channels at low volume (and it has a usb dac), or the E6 for a thinner (some say flatter) tone with less channel matching but a lower cost.  The E11 is a lot of amp for a low impedance, high sensitivity headphone and will probably not deliver the low noise or superior channel matching you will get more use out of with a DJ1 Pro.  If you get high impedance low sensitivity headphones down the line, the E9 will make a good upgrade for the E7 as a dock.
