I don't think it matters. AFAIK its the same circuit, by other words when you burn on the SE output, all the circuit on the amp is active and burning.
I might be wrong

You are correct based on what Paul stated early on in this thread. Now if one switches to a new AMP module then any burn-in would start over for that module.

Ive decided to not apply TDK noise absorbing sheets. Thanks to @edwardsean post
