I'm looking at it right now from http://www.miccastore.com/fiio-desktop-headphone-amplifier-black-p-42.html and http://www.audio-gd.com/Pro/Headphoneamp/NFB12/NFB12EN.htm but I have no clue what the specs mean and what's good or not lol. I'm a newbie with amps and dacs.

E9 output power: 1 Watt at 16 ohms, 80 mw at 600 ohms.
Audio GD NFB-12 output power: 3.5 watt at 25 ohms, 180 mW at 600 ohms.
The NFB-12 is a good deal more powerful.

Oh ok. So the higher the mW the better it is. NFB-12 it is. Just have to save up for it now lol.

Yep.  If you want to go crazy, you could get a Lyr and output six volts at 25 ohms.

I really like the Lyr too but it's too much for me.
