It definitely did. It was S- when I last checked, not long ago. Not certain if the language about being "dead sounding" was there but I am certain about the rank drop.

It's amazing how 64 Audio suddenly became one of the most talked-about IEM makers after they drastically increased their prices after that crowdfunding campaign. I hate the way an extraordinary price tag brings free publicity in this hobby.

Or, and this is just a thought, it could be the quality of their products, and a sound that most people like and are willing to pay for.

I think in their case it is more of a combination of brand image and good build quality that boosts the demand. Sound-wise, there's about 5 IEMs in your spoiler list that I'd take over any 64 product, regardless of price. QC-wise, I've heard multiple pairs of Foute and A18 and they all sound very different.

@crinacle Are you sure that qdc 8SL has a of tone grade of S and a Technical Grade of S+, which is significantly better than 8ss and 8sh. Also, are there any difference in terms of sound quality between the universal sample and the custom sample (8CL)?

tia trio in my opinion it sounds like a joke, it's the worst iem I've ever heard at this absurd price 2000$
Even for $ 50 I would not buy them if I knew how bad they are one big mess with a Mids in the center of my head !!!
