Clear tune monitor's flagship is releasing and it is absolutely stunning, Da vinci X is a game changer.
My review

I just want to be the first to say this, everyones going to say it in sometime.
I want to have your (naive) self-esteem!
These IEMs might be quite good but please be sure to write some comparisons with other TOTL flagships of other companies in the same price range before telling us here that it’s a gamechanger and „everyone is going to say it in sometime“.

My second pair of Vsonic GR07 is falling apart. I like the sound, but they just eventually fall apart for me, even taking relative good care of them (using a case and wrapping the cables properly). I had numerous IEM's such as Sony MH750, MH1, Vsonic GR99 and GR02 (bass edition?). Pretty sure my MH750 are fakes, and I can't find my recabled MH1. My Vsonic GR99 and GR02 are actually quite nice, but lacking compared to my old Vsonic GR07.

What would be recommended as an upgrade/side grade in the same price range of the GR07? Preferably something with detachable cable. I'd like something that is tuned similar

Right now nothing really. You can buy again or the detachable cable version,, or save up and jump staright to the flc8n/d or wait a bit as new vsonic models should be in production next month https://www.head-fi.org/threads/new-vsonic-vs-series.890063/#post-14513355

Really hard finding IEMs better value than the MDR7550, EX1000 and ER4SR. Andromeda comes into mind, but the fit was just really poor for me. ChiFi is just a roulette.

Kanas Pro will run through them like It's nothing

Big statement! I was actually looking at it.

Any links to reviews? I can only find scattered posts on Headfi.

well only one review here on head fi

It seems Moondrop isn't throwing away free sample units to the usual suspects so the lack of reviews isn't surprising.
