Definitely, I’ve been dealing with that since before I even joined headfi. But I’m like that in general with everything. Lol... that what if something is better to my ears. Have to try it.That is the curse of this hobby. Every one of us makes a choice-- do we chase gear forever or learn to be fine without having the latest and greatest. No matter who you are or what you have eventually something better will come along.

Surely it doesn’t sound as good as the N6ii alone? Isn’t it around 1/9th of the price?
Just when I thought I was done stacking...got a couple small pieces of velcro with a mild adhesive and made a little stack with this wonderful new device that's come into my life-- the Lotoo PAW S1...utterly sublime with Solaris.

I have it, making me debate selling my 1Z, haven’t touched it since I got the S1.
The S1 is the real deal. I still can’t understand how a USB dongle can sound this good.

Same here. Better than dx220. Almost too good to be true. But it is.

Thanks guys. Just bought the S1
I won’t give sound impressions just yet, but those foams that come with the iems aren’t good for me what so ever. So far the tips with that wide bore opening are really nice and comfortable. They make these sound much nicer than the foam tips.

Sedna tips would work well on them.I won’t give sound impressions just yet, but those foams that come with the iems aren’t good for me what so ever. So far the tips with that wide bore opening are really nice and comfortable. They make these sound much nicer than the foam tips.

Have these and use with my original Solaris. Love them. Not as deep bass as Final audio type E, but the mid and treble presentation are definitely better. Also, the fit of these is amazing. I wear mine for 12hrs at work in one ear and normally switch every 3 or 4hrs. The Xelastec are the first tips that I left in for 10hrs without switching. Very comfortableI ordered these yesterday even before I got these suckers in. Lol

Just got my Solaris 2020 at last!
I've waited for them for 1.5 months and its sort of good that I had that time to thoroughly investigate online about what to expect. Aaand so I'm trying not to panick over the fact that they sound like crap without burn in.
