Anyone know what kind of plastic this is? If it's acrylic I could use weld-on, but if it's polycarbonate I'd have to use something else like my plastic epoxy

Looks like their web site is dead

Take the "s" out of the "https", site works for me.

Good catch. Seems like it's the same email I used to send an inquiry.
I have all the original materials and while I don't know Chinese, there doesn't be to be any kind of warranty. Hopefully I can find out, at the very least, what kind of plastic this is.
Just get some E8000 glue and stick it back together

That's an odd suggestion considering B8000 is a thick glue specifically made for fabric.
I think I have some E-6000 somewhere if I can find it.

oh we will, soon
If anyone wants to sell me their DM6 let me know, otherwise I guess I'll replace my broken DM6 with a DM7 (just discovered that children broke my right DM6 IEM)

Compared to fiio f9 pro, how are dm6? An upgrade or sidegrade?
I have fiio f9 pro and I like the sound signature of them but sometimes treble peaks make me uncomfortable. Are dm6 better than those?

For the moment I'm going to see if I can get an alternative to the DM6. It certainly isn't perfect for my uses.
The good:
Fidelity across the spectrum
Lightweight (weighs less than a nickel per IEM which is critical for me as I like to mtbike with them)
The bad:
short port makes it difficult to seat
sticks out so no beanie-wearing without major discomfort
treble is fatiguing
cable easily has the worst microphonics ever experienced (supposedly DM7 comes with an excellent cable, however)
Maybe I should look into the Fiio FH5
