Month and a half later, and I'm still in love with my Xelentos!I just traded my SE846's for the Xelento, and I am very, very impressed! These sound excellent (pun intended).

I contacted Beyer concerning the availability of the bluetooth module. They replied that they don't know yet when it is going to be released - which means that they are definitely going to release it.

Hey man, thanks. How about it’s build quality? I saw that there’s some fitting issues on third party cable?
Well, to be honest, when I traded my 846's for them, i attached my ALO litz cable, it felt a little funny, but its been almost 2 months, and I roll between balanced and unbalanced Litz, and I've never had a problem, they sound great. I'm constantly amazed by these things...Hey man, thanks. How about it’s build quality? I saw that there’s some fitting issues on third party cable?

The pure silver litz added some engagement but couldn't compete ergonomics wise with the stock. Kinda wanna try the linum superbax.
Well, normaly for these I use the balanced cable to add a little precision to the dynamic driver, and I always use Comply foam tips Ts-500, but the last two days I have been using silicone tips that came with my Andromeda's, and it's a refreshing change!

Question for you all:
Is the Xelento Wireless worth the cost? I'm thinking about it as a successor to the Flares Gold. But I'd like to get the opinions of people here. I did the same on the Flares Gold and have not regretted it.
Also, if you don't think it's worth the MSRP of US $1199, where would you think its value lay?
Thanks!

I put it's sound signature right next to AndromedaSS, different sound-sgs, but same level of performance, they compliment each other well!Question for you all:

Yep. I'm aware. However, the Flares Gold has a 5 hour or so charge on their bluetooth adapter, and it only gets AptX. Thinking this is a nice convenience upgrade, but most listening will be through cable.
