i've been listening a lots of headphones
I like headphones with balance bass and treble
and make sure it fit for my ear
 
The current headphone i am using right is Beyerdynamic DT770 pro 80ohms
the sound of this headphone still OK for me
 
The best brand i always look up to is Grado Lab, Beyerdynamic and Audeze
 
My next headphone will be Audeze lcd2 or Alessandro Mspro

LCD2! That's a HUGE jump in terms of everything! You ready to buy an AMP and DAC? I'd reccomend getting LCD's then a nice amp, then, a DAC, and if you still have money to burn, Some silver cables . Or, you could always get the LCD3 or a sweet Stax setup and be over with it .

EDIT: What's your budget?

sorry no help in recomendation... but I spent a bit of time in Costa rica and I know the taxes are insane...
 
if you have a connection outside of the country you can probably find a much better deal... just something to look into
